You can split your apprentice levy allowance across your PAYE schemes, connected companies and charities. Once allocated, you'll need to report this to HMRC via an EPS submission. To allocate the apprentice levy, follow the steps below.
Click System, and then click Parameters.
Click Apprentice Levy, and then click View Record
.Next to the Annual Allowance field, click the Edit
icon.Adjust the allowance as required.
