Access Payroll uses the information provided to calculate PAYE and NI in line with HMRC. When checking these calculations, we recommend using HMRC's calculators.
To gather the required information for the calculators, follow the sections below.
Tax code / NI letter
Click Employees, and then click Records.
Find the required employee and click View Record
.Click the Government tab.
Previous payslip
Click Employees, and then click Reprint Payslips.
Enter the employee code, current tax year, and the previous period.
Click Search, select the checkbox next to the payslip.
Click Export to PDF.
Paydate and period values
Click Process Pay, and then click Amend Period Pay.
Find and select the required employee.
