During the run payroll process, if Access Payroll notices a duplication of a pay element or FPS line, it may visibly appear to be stuck on the running payroll process. If this happens, first try to repeat to process. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click the 3 dots
next to the payroll tab
.Click Close.
Click Access Button
.Click Payroll, and then click the payroll instance.
Attempt to make the change again.
