If employment allowance has been enabled incorrectly, you can prevent any further employment allowance claims by disabling the option. To do this, follow the steps below.
📌Note: It's not possible to reverse employment allowance claims; this would need to be discussed with HMRC.
Click System, and then click Company.
Click the HMRC Payment tab, and then click Edit.
Clear the checkbox, Eligible for employment allowance.
Click Save.
