Access Payroll isn't showing as down, but isn't loading
If StatusHub shows no issues but Access Payroll still isn’t loading, there may be a local environment issue. We recommend you try logging in using a different browser. Additionally, you can verify any applied filters or settings to ensure they are not causing the issue, and restart the application by closing and reopening the browser tab to refresh the connection.
If you see one of the following error messages, it may indicate an incorrect URL or a browser setting preventing the page from loading: Missing employee records or inaccessible Payroll services may also occur during system outages. These are usually temporary and do not indicate data loss.
400 Bad Request
404 Not Found
📌Note: If Access Payroll loads but is slow, this won't appear on StatusHub.

If Access Payroll is unavailable
In the rare event that Access Payroll becomes temporarily unavailable, you may not be able to access the in‐product Access Digital Assistant. During these instances, there’s no need to take any action; our teams will already be aware of the issue and actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible. System outages may result in temporary disruptions such as missing employee records or inaccessible Payroll services. These issues are typically resolved once the outage is addressed, and normal functionality is restored without requiring extensive user intervention.
You can continue to monitor progress and updates on StatusHub, where we’ll share information as soon as it becomes available. After the outage is resolved, reopen Access Payroll to refresh the system and verify that employee records and other data are visible and accessible.
