Generate P11Ds

How to print or email P11D's for employees.

If you provide benefits to your employees, you must produce and provide them with their P11D by 6 July each year. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Year End, and then click Expenses and Benefits.

  2. Click P11D, enter any required filters.

  3. Enter the tax year, click Search.

  4. Select the checkbox next to the Employee Code column.

  5. Click Email PDF or Export to PDF as required.
