Clear pay calculations

I have made a change to an employee's pay, and the changes are not being displayed in amend period pay. There is a difference between amend period pay and the employees payslip.

Clearing pay calculations will force Access Payroll to forget the calculated values it holds for all employees and recalculate their pay. This can be useful when making changes to parental payments. To clear pay calculations, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Process Pay, and then click Amend Period Pay.

  2. Select an employee, then click More.

    πŸ“ŒNote: Any manual adjustments entered against employees will be removed.

  3. Click Clear Calculations, and select Yes.
