Clearing pay calculations will force Access Payroll to forget the calculated values it holds for all employees and recalculate their pay. This can be useful when making changes to parental payments. To clear pay calculations, follow the steps below.
Click Process Pay, and then click Amend Period Pay.
Select an employee, then click More.
πNote: Any manual adjustments entered against employees will be removed.
Click Clear Calculations, and select Yes.
