The error is commonly caused by incorrect data in a new employee record. The most common fields that cause the error are;
Spaces in employee names.
Characters in the foreign country field.
Incorrect postcode.
We recommend starting by checking the employee records of new starters. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click Employees, and then click Records.
Find the required employee, and then click View Record
.Click the Personal tab to find the employee name fields.
Click the Contract tab to find the address information.
Click the Edit
icon next to the field to make changes.
πNote: You may need to clear pay calculations for the changes to be updated on the FPS.
