An empty zip file is caused by not setting a pension provider in the system's pension defaults or on the pension pay element. To enter this, follow the relevant section below.
System
Click System, and then click Configuration.
Click Pensions, and then click Pension Defaults.
Click Edit, and then click the pension provider drop-down.
Click the relevant provider format, and then click Save.
Pay element
Click System, and then click Pay Elements.
Find and select the required pension pay element.
Click the Pension tab, and then click Edit.
Click the pension provider drop-down.
Click the relevant provider format, and then click Save.
