Submit an employer payment summary no payment

How to submit an EPS (No Payment) for the previous period.

If you have not processed any pay for a period and need to update HMRC of this, you need to submit an EPS (No Payment). To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Process Pay, and then click HMRC Payment.

  2. Click No Payment, then select the relevant checkbox.

    • No Payment for period.

    • Period of inactivity.

  3. Click the drop-down made available, and select the relevant period.

  4. Click Submit.
