Change an employee's pay frequency

Change an employee record from a monthly frequency to a weekly.

You may have employees moving from one frequency to another, or you may be moving an employee record off the main pay frequency once they have left. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Employees, and then click Records.

  2. Find the relevant employee and click View Record .

  3. Click the Payment tab, and then click Edit.

  4. Click the Pay Frequency drop-down, and click the new frequency.

  5. Click Save.
