Clearing browser cache

Access Payroll is not working as expected, pages are not loading.

Access Payroll utilises cookies to remember which page you were last on and which processes were ongoing when you last left the product. Occasionally, browsers can have issues continuing on from those previous states, especially if an update has taken place in between. To resolve any issues relating to cookies, follow the sections below.

Close and reopen payroll

  1. Click the three vertical dots , next to the payroll tab.

  2. Click Close.

  3. Click Access Button , then click Payroll.

  4. If you have multiple, click the required payroll instance.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, try clearing your cookies using the section below.


Clear cookies

If your browser is not listed, search online for steps on how to do this.

📌Note: Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies means that some saved website settings, such as usernames and passwords, will be deleted, and some sites may initially load slower while images are downloaded.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three vertical dots , then click Delete Browsing History.

  2. Click the Advanced tab, then deselect all selected checkboxes.

  3. Select the checkbox, Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click Delete data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three dots , then click Delete browsing data.

  2. Deselect all selected checkboxes.

  3. Select the checkbox, Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click Clear now.
