To give your employees quick access to their payslips from wherever they are, you can publish payslips to Access Payslip. To do this, follow the sections below.
Payslip setup
Setting a default contact is required for employees to receive notification of newly published payslips. We recommend setting this user to be someone from the payroll team.
๐Note: You will need to use a user account that has the administrator member's role for the Payslip application.
Click Access Button
, and then click Payslip.Click the Settings
icon, and then click General Settings.Enter the name of the default contact, and then click on them in the list.
Click Save.
Onboard employees
You will need to publish payslips for employees once before you are able to match the users to their payslips.
Import employees
Click the Settings
icon, and then click Users.Click Import Employees.
Click the match status drop-down and click Not Matched.
To select all, select the checkbox next to the name column header.
Deselect any users required, such as leavers.
Click the selected drop-down, and then click Process Action.
Click Yes.
Unmatched employees
Any remaining employees in the import employees list will be leavers, or their email address in Access Payroll doesn't match their Access Evo email address. To enter a known email address, follow the steps below.
Click the Settings
icon, and then click Users.Click Import Employees.
Next to the user, click Edit, and then enter the email address.
๐Note: The email address entered also needs to match the employee's record in Access Payroll.
Click Save.
