Reprint payslips

Produce a payslip from a previous period.

If an employee requires a copy of their old payslips, or you need to review their pay for previous periods, you can do this by generating previous period's payslips. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Employees, and then click Reprint Payslips.

  2. Enter the desired filters and click Search.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the required payslips.

  4. Click Export to PDF or Email PDF as required.
