The error message is generated when Access Payroll is trying to show you something that has been filtered out. To resolve the issue, review the relevant section below.
Viewing lists
Filters that have been applied previously are held in place until removed. If you have previously applied a column filter, it may need to be removed. To do this, follow the steps below.
Review the column headers for red text.
Click the Filter
icon, and then click Clear.
Upon login
If you are seeing the error message once the Payroll tab loads, alongside a white screen with restricted menu items. It is likely caused by a security profile change.
