DKIM is a method of email authentication that helps prevent spam and domain impersonation. To increase email security by enabling DKIM on emails sent from Access Payroll, raise a case with our support team referencing this article, containing the following information:
Confirmation that our domain has been added to your SPF record. This may require your local IT to assist. If you need this information, let us know.
Confirmation that you have enabled DKIM signing in your email server.
A screenshot of the email address you are sending the emails from. This can be found by following the steps below.
Click System, and then click Configuration.
Click Email Setup.
Provide a screenshot of the email in the email address field.
