There are several common reasons why an email might fail to deliver successfully, such as an incorrect email address, mail server security restrictions or the recipient blocking the sender address.

Mail server security restrictions
Sometimes, the recipient’s mail server rejects incoming emails due to strict security settings or missing authentication. This can prevent delivery even if the address is correct. In this instance, the employee may need to provide an email address from a different mail provider.
Recipient is blocking the sender
The recipient may have blocked emails from the sender's address, or it may be caught as spam and automatically filtered out. In this instance, the employee will need to update their email settings to ensure it reaches their inbox.
